Vanderbilt Principles: First

No Plan B.

Decide what you want and consider this your Plan A goal. Visualize Plan A. Write the details; be as specific as possible.

Here are a few questions to ask yourself.
  • Where will I live my Plan A life?
  • Who will be in my Plan A life? Write a description of the people who will surround you.
  • How do I look? Are you smaller? Larger? Better dressed?
  • How do I feel inside? Am I secure? Confident? Happy? Empowered?
  • How does my home look?
  • Car?
  • Family?
Each detail will give you information that you will use while making decisions later, so be very specific at this stage. Take your time. It took you years to get where you are now. Your life will not change overnight.
